The recognizable bear mascot makes the desktop and mobile apps immediately inviting, and the service is actually user-friendly. Although it’s not offering the vast array of locations our top two choices do, it has a an impressive limit of 10GB per month and no ads to distract you from using the service.

Atlas VPN is a solid alternative that has a small number of servers across the world. It also offers decent speeds. It’s important to remember that the free version will keep logs, which is ideal for users who only use it to browse and send messages.
